A Powerful Tool

Base

Step 1: Remove all pieces out of the case.

Step 2: Select the location for the banner display on dirt or grass. Press the sharp end of the Spike Base firmly into the ground.

Step 3: Assemble Bottom Pole w/Shock Cord. Set the footer of the Top Pole firmly into the opening on the top side of the assembled Bottom Pole.

Step 4: Set the Cap end of the Top Pole into the bottom of the Flying Banner. Gently feed the shaft into the Flag until the End comes to the top end. Move the Cover into the reinforced place at the top end of the Flying Banner and be sure that it is completely in.

Step 5: Pull on the Pull Strings at the bottom of the Feather Flag. The top of the Pole will bend as the Banner is moved into place. Tie the Pull Cords securely to the Banner Securing Clip near the bottom of the Completed Shaft. Loosen the thumb screw on the Flag Securing Clip and slide the Clip accordingly to get just the right tension on the flag.

Step 6: Push the base of the Bottom Pole over the Locking Shaft on the Spike Footer. Exert pressure downward until secure. Push the Locking Ring downward and turn slightly to secure in position, paying attention to the tiny grooves and slots that prevent the Locking Ring from moving when not aligned correctly.
